WOCR News and Board Meeting announcements

6/13/2026 - The WOCR POA Annual meeting was held yesterday. The minutes of the meeting are located under the documents section of the PayHOA portal.

6/1/2026 - The PayHOA portal has been updated with Property Owners dues balances. The ACC request form has been setup under the requests section.

6/1/2026 - For web site visitors who are not currently property owners and is showing interest in our great little community, we have provided a copy of the POA bylaws labeled "Restrictions" that you can download below. Our POA fee is currently $500 per year
