In accordance with Article 1, Section 1.14 of the Deed Restrictions for White Oak Creek Property Owners Association, you are hereby given notice of an Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for June 20, 2025 at 12:00 PM via Zoom.

The Association is non- profit corporation and as such is required to hold an annual meeting under the laws of the State of Texas.

Meeting Topics To Include:

• 2025 Budget/ Financial Review
• Community Updates
• Board Elections

The homeowners will elect One (1) homeowner to the Board of Directors as in accordance with the Bylaws recorded in Upshur County.

Voting will be conducted via electronic absentee voting and voting in person on the meeting day. Absentee voting will be completed via the website at; https://whiteoakcreekranch.org/homepage.aspx. Please ensure you are registered on the website to receive notifications. Absentee ballots are mailed to your home ONLY upon request. Please see timeline of voting on page two of this notice for more details.

Should quorum fail to be met for the Annual Meeting, the White Oak Creek Homeowners Association will hold its Second annual meeting, as a self-governed association, on June 20, 2025 via Zoom. The meeting will be called to order at 12:05pm.
